Refund Policy

1. Who handles refunds

Nova Page Premium purchases are made from Paddle, which acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the payment, issues the receipt, applies its Buyer Terms, reviews refund eligibility, and returns approved funds to the buyer.

Nova Page and Yevhenii Horovyi do not receive buyers' full payment details and do not send refund payments directly to buyers.

2. Which refund rules apply

Refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the buyer's country.

Paddle's policy includes country-specific statutory rights and case-by-case discretionary refunds. Submitting a request does not itself guarantee approval unless applicable law provides that right. The Paddle policy in effect for the transaction controls the financial decision.

3. How to request a refund

Buyers should submit all refund requests directly to Paddle using one of these routes:

• open the purchase confirmation email and use its “View receipt” or support link;
• use the refund or support option shown in the Paddle receipt; or
• visit paddle.net and choose the refund support option.

4. Product support

For technical questions about Nova Page itself, contact novapage.support@gmail.com. Product support may help diagnose a problem, but refund requests and financial processing must go through Paddle.

5. Effect of a refund

If Paddle refunds, reverses, or cancels a Nova Page Premium transaction, the related Premium entitlement may be removed from the Nova Page account and registered devices. Locally stored dashboard content remains on the device, although Premium-only functionality may become unavailable.

6. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where local law provides additional withdrawal, cancellation, repair, replacement, or refund rights, Paddle applies those rights as described in its Refund Policy and country-specific Buyer Terms.
